Don’t Let a Bad Day Linger!

Situations and circumstances happen to everyone.

At some point….

And fill in the blank.

None of us are immune to life’s difficulties.

But you and I need to keep an important thought in mind.

Don’t let a bad day become a bad week, bad month, bad year, or bad decade.

And I know that is easier said than done.

I’m definitely not talking from a mountain.

I do know that you are able to make it through a bad day.

Let’s look at Shao Jun.

But we can learn a lesson here.

Her captors tried to intimidate her.

But she stood resilient, even mocking her captors.

She essentially sent a message, saying she wasn’t done.

After a confrontation with one of her Templar captors, she takes action to get revenge.

Upon the first screen of gameplay in Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China, we see Shao Jun kick open her cage.

The first thing we should do is to kick the cage open.

Don’t let your mind stay in that place of captivity of negative, poor thinking.

Let e share a few tips on how you can get through a bad day.

LEARN THE LESSON

I have heard it said often that you shouldn’t let a good crisis go to waste.

Maybe there is a lesson to learn, even in the midst of misery and misfortune.

QUIET THE NEGATIVITY

Our minds often replay bad situations over and over again.

We have to fill our minds with positive voices and content to help move us forward.

Also, be sure to rely on positive, uplifting people to come along side of you.

Conclusion

It is not easy to get past a bad day.

But it is not impossible.

Let us do like Shao Jun, kick the cage open and get out of that low state of mind.

I’m not suggesting for you to exact revenge on the Templars and Tigers like Shao Jun.

But I am saying to fight against bad days with a positive mindset.
