Welcome to Another Monday
Monday is here again.
Here’s to another week.
Welcome to the Monday Morning Nerd, where I share with you what I’m reading, watching, drawing, following an encouraging word.
So, let’s start with what I have been watching.
DC Animated Films
DC Comics has some of my favorite heroes and characters in all of fandom.

I was able to watch two DC animated films this week.
“Batman and Robin: Subzero” is an animated film that tells the story of Dr. Freeze kidnapping Barbara Gordon to save his own wife.
It’s up to Batman and Robin to race against time to save her life.
I also watched “Justice League: The New Frontier.”
This film is alternate version of the origin story of the Justice League.
We find Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman joining with Flash and Martian Manhunter to take on a threat the entire world.
“The Centre” is a being looking to conquer the world.
I would highly recommend both films.
Now, here’s what I’ve been reading
Amazing Captain America Story
Captain America is one of my favorite Marvel characters.
The comic book I read this weekend shares another cool Cap story.
The particular comic book is Captain America Vol 3: Number 34.
The story starts with Captain America as he awakens in a weird place.
This leads a bigger plot for the demise of Captain America as well as the world.
Anakin and The Hulk
Drawing is one of my favorite things to do.
I think it is important to have a creative outlet.
Creating a nice drawing and hand lettering work fine for me.
Here are two drawings I drew over the weekend.
These drawings are of Anakin and The Incredible Hulk.

Now, to share what I have been playing.
A Zelda 2-Ish Game!
Axel Quest reminded me of Zelda 2: Link’s Adventure.
This indie title reminds me shares the story of Axel, looking to save his village from a dragon.
The game is an action RPG, with platforming elements.
It is a really fun gaming experience.
Check out the video below to see my review.
Here’s the concluding encouraging word.
3 Ways to Avoid Autopilot
One of the worst things you can do is to live an autopilot kind of life.
This means we need to avoid going through the motions.
It’s easy to just get into survival mode.
Most of the time, I’ve been guilty of surviving, not thriving.
The video below shares how I have endeavored to get out of autopilot mode into being in more control.
Thank you for reading and God bless.
