Here’s what I have read this weekend.
Another Star Wars Comic
Star Wars is an amazing franchise with a deep lore.
It’s a treat to see Star Wars stories that vary from the mainline movies.
I read another Star Wars comic this weekend.
“The High Republic: Attack of the Hutts” is a fascinating story involving the Hutts and the Jedi.
The artwork is brilliantly done and the writing is awesome.
This was the first issue in the series.

The Star Wars comics I have read have been very well done.
I would recommend reading this.
Celebrating the Gameboy
This past week marked a celebration of the release of the Gameboy in America.

I was able to get to playing Dr. Mario.
Dr. Mario is a puzzle game.
Mario takes on another job.
This time, Mario is a doctor fighting germs.
The game is wildly addicting.
It is almost as addicting as Tetris.

Drawing of Yogi Bear
Yogi Bear is one of my favorite Hanna Barbera cartoon.
I still enjoy watching it often.
I have been doing drawings for the channel every week for the past few months.
This week’s drawing featured letter “y.”
Yogi Bear was this week’s drawing.
The drawing is not perfect but I’m happy with the effort.

The Narrow Path Works!
Recently, I created a YouTube channel dedicated to my art.

It is out of my comfort zone, but I feel the need to do it.
This is a difficult task, out of the familiar for me.
I have to spend time dedicated to getting better artistically.
It takes connecting with and learning from other artists.
I would say that it is a narrow path.
Because it’s easier to just stay status quo.
Like scrolling on Instagram or FB.
Any time you want to accomplish anything out of the ordinary, you will experience adversity and difficulty.
Even Jesus warned us about the “narrow path.”
Here is Matthew 7:13 -14
Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is narrow and the way is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
The narrow gate leads to abundant life.
Whenever we feel the tug to do something that follows the narrow path, we should take that path.

I know that Mondays can be somewhat of a chore.
However, we have to change our perspective about Monday.
Monday is a day that can lead to great things for our week when we think positively about it.
