Let me share with you what I drew this weekend.
Green Lantern!
I decided to step out of my comfort zone and draw Green Lantern.
Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) is a member of the Green Lantern Corp, a group of heroes assigned to protect the galaxy from threats.
My reference was from a DC Comics character guide. W

It wasn’t perfect but it could have turned out worse.
Next, let me share what I’ve been watching.
Thundercats…HO!!!!!!!
One of the most beloved and respected cartoon series of all time is “The Thundercats.”
I watched it back in this original run, but I couldn’t see too much of it.
But thanks to Hulu, I’m now able to watch full episodes of the show.
I watched a few episodes of “Thundercats” this weekend.
I’m past the halfway point of the 1st season of 2.
I’m having fun watching the show.
The show is about the ascension of Lion-O to the role of leader of the Thundercats and his endless war with Mum-Ra, an evil being.
Many cartoons of the past don’t hold up well, if we are being honest.
But, in my opinion, The Thundercats still holds up well as a series.

Last Beat Enhanced Review
I had fun playing this one.
“Last Beat Enhanced” is a pixel beat-em up that is reminiscent of 8 bit or 16-bit beat-em ups.
You take on the role of 1 of 5 characters, fighting to clean up the streets of your city.
3 of the 5 characters are unlockable as the game goes along.

I definitely recommend you playing this one, if you can.

Green Lantern Corps Comic
I read a Green Lantern comic book this weekend.
One of the most noticeable things about reading a Green Lantern comic is the nice flow of green on the pages.
I enjoyed that and I enjoyed the story as well.
The Green Lantern Corp had to stop a scheme of Cyborg Superman.
It was a fun read.

Last but not least, let me share a word of encouragement for your week.
Don’t Worry About Tomorrow
Worry is a thief.
It stills today’s joy and makes us fearful of tomorrow.
I tend to worry more than I should.
It’s not always easy for me to just focus on the blessing of today.
Maybe you are like me.
But God’s Word says that we should not worry about tomorrow.
Let’s look at Matthew 6:34. (New King James Version)
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Tomorrow has it’s own difficult.
We should not allow tomorrow to steal today’s joy.
